Noble Venture Finance is managed by Noble Fund Advisers Ltd and focused exclusively on providing asset based and working capital finance to fast growing privately held venture capital backed companies throughout the EU including Switzerland and Norway.

We finance existing equipment or provide working capital usually by secured loan and can provide a line of credit for future equipment purchases or working capital needs, thereby preserving equity capital for building the business [development work, staff recruitment and marketing].

While we require the right to meet regularly with key management and may require the right to attend board meetings we do not usually seek a board seat.

We can provide facilities from €1 million to €10 million and we’re able to syndicate larger amounts through our extensive bank connections.

We will provide facilities in Sterling, Euros or US dollars with repayment periods usually of 36 months.
