Noble appointed broker to Lipoxen
1/04/2009
Noble, the research-led independent investment bank, is delighted to announce the appointment as Joint Broker to Lipoxen alongside Singer Capital Markets.
AIM listed Lipoxen, a bio-pharmaceutical company specialising in the development of high-value differentiated biologicals, vaccines and oncology drugs, is the second appointment win for Noble this week, following recent appointments by Proteome Sciences and Cyprotex. These valuable appointments further strengthen Noble’s existing suite of healthcare clients and add to Noble’s long standing relationship with IS Pharma.
John Llewellyn-Lloyd, CEO Investment Banking at Noble, said “We are delighted to have been appointed as joint broker to Lipoxen, which will bring our total number of brokership appointments to 23 and demonstrates our success in building our Healthcare sector. Lipoxen is an innovative company with strong growth prospects and we look forward to working with the team as they progress the business further.”
