Jose Maria Ricciardi graduated in Sciences Economiques Appliquées from the Administration and Management Institute of the Economic, Political and Social Science Faculty of the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He is an Executive Director of Banco Espírito Santo, S.A.. Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, with executive functions, of Banco Espírito de Investmento, S.A. And, since 25 July 2003, its CEO. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of BES Investimento do Brasil, S.A. – Banco de Investimento and Director of the Espírito Santo Financial Group S.A., non Executive Director of EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A., from March to June 2006, and Member of its Supervisory Board since July 2006. Jose Maria is Chairman of the Board of Espírito Santo Investment Holdings Limited. |
Nick Finegold

Nick Finegold entered the financial services industry in 1987 as an institutional research analyst for Wood McKenzie and Co. In 1990 they were absorbed by NatWest Markets and Nick moved to New York where he ran institutional sales and sales trading. In 1995 Nick joined Deutsche Bank in London to help set up their Equity Division where, as Managing Director of Global Equity Sales Trading, he was instrumental in building a highly credible global equity franchise with over €2bn of revenue from start-up. In the summer of 2000 Nick left Deutsche Bank to set up his own venture, Execution Limited. Nick will be Co-CEO and Vice Chairman of Espírito Santo Investment Holdings Limited. |
Luis Luna Vaz

Luis Luna Vaz graduated in Management and Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University. He joined Espirito Santo Investment Bank (BESI) in 1997 to work on the ECM department. In March 2005 he was appointed Board Member and Executive Director of BESI, responsible for Primary and Secondary Equities. In 2009, he was appointed Global Head of Capital Markets responsible for Equities and Fixed Income. Since 2006, he is a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Group´s Asset Management unit, ESAF – Espírito Santo Activos Financeiros and a Member of the Consulting Board of the Portuguese Watchdog, CMVM. Luis is Vice Chairman and Co-CEO of Espirito Santo Investment Holdings Limited. |
Keith Jones

Keith Jones was Chief Executive Officer at Morley Fund Management from 1999 until he retired at the end of 2006. He was a Board Member of the IMA from 2003 to earlier this year and was Chairman of the ABI Investment Committee from 2004 to 2006. He has been a Director of the National Provident Institution and Lazard Brothers & Co, Director and Partner of James Capel & Co, consultant at the Henley Centre of Forecasting and prior to that an economic adviser for the UK Government during the 1970s. Keith is currently an adviser to Lloyds Bank PLC, an adviser to Permira LLP, a non executive director at AonHewitt, a non executive director at Just Retirement and Non-Executive Director of Espirito Santo Investment Holdings Limited. |

Angus Macpherson graduated in History from Cambridge University and subsequently worked for Lazard Brothers, Smith New Court and Merrill Lynch. During his career he worked in London, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong, latterly as Head of Capital Markets and Financing for Merrill Lynch in Asia. He joined Noble in 2006 and was appointed chief executive in 2007. A driving force in the merger with Execution, Angus is Head of Investment Banking and also holds a non executive directorship of JPMorgan Elect plc. Damien Devine graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BSc (Hons) degree majoring in Geological Science. After completing a graduate training program at Lombards, he joined Merrill Lynch in 1985 where he held various commodity, financial futures, and equity derivative positions. During 1990/92 he was Operations Director for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in Zurich, and between 1992/95 he was Operations Director for Merrill Lynch Pierce, Fenner and Smith (B&D) Limited. In 1995 Damien joined Deutsche Bank as Operations Director for their Global Futures and Options group. In 1997 he became Chief Operating Officer, Global Exchange Services, and in 1998 was appointed Managing Director. During 1999 he co-founded the Global Markets e-Business Division. In the Autumn of 2000, Damien left Deutsche Bank to becomes a founding partner of Execution. Damien is the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Director of Espirito Santo Investment Holdings Limited. and member of the Executive Committee. |

Charles Ashton qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers after which he worked for Lazard and Flemings. After Flemings acquisition by JPMorgan Chase he became a Managing Director and Head of the Aerospace Group in the EMEA region before joining HSBC. For the last 5 years he has been the finance director of two early stage, developing companies. He joined Execution Noble in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Charles is an Executive Director of Espírito Santo Investment Holdings Limited and member of the Executive Committee. |

Paulo Araujo, an Engineering and Insead MBA graduate, started his financial services career at Continental Illinois Bank in 1985. He was briefly at Manufacturers Hanover Bank before joining Schroder Securities, part of Schroders (Citigroup) in 1991, where he was Country Coordination Committee Member for Portugal and Director of the Iberian Equities Team. He was also a Director of Schroder’Securities . Paulo joined Espírito Santo Investment in 2003 where he is responsible for coordinating the M&A deal flow into Portugal, Spain and Brazil and for screening acquisitions for the Espírito Santo Group. Francisco Cary graduated in Business Management and Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University and has an MBA from INSEAD (Fountainebleu, France). In March 2005 he was appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Espírito Santo de Investmento, S.A., having been since February 1998, Executive Director in charge of operations in Brazil. Between 1998 and 2000, he was Executive Director of Banco Boavista InterAtlantico, S.A (Brazil), responsible for investment banking and large caps. From July 2000 to May 2002, he was Managing Director of BES Investmento do Brasil, S.A, - Banco de Investimento, and is still a Director. Brian Henderson serves as senior advisor to the Chairman of Espírito Santo Financial Group (ESFG) and is based in New York. Mr Henderson devoted 36 years to the Financial Services industry including 22 years at Merrill Lynch & Co and 14 years at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Most of Mr Henderson’s responsibilities at both Merrill Lynch and Chase were in international investment and commercial banking, with his last position at Merrill Lynch & Co as Senior Vice President and Chairman of Global Public Sector. While at Merrill’s, Mr Henderson’s responsibilities included Director of Communications for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Director of International Business Development, Executive Assistant to the Chairman and President of Merrill Lynch & Co, Inc, Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch International, Vice Chairman for Merrill Lynch Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rafael Valverde Joined Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento in 1987. In 1991, was nominated Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee. In 2005 was nominated Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Currently he holds the post of Senior Country Officer in Portugal and United Kingdom, with wholesale responsibility for the business in those markets.
